What is The Partnership Collective?
The Partnership Collective was founded to support the incredible staff, patients, and families that are at the heart of healthcare. We help your small practice, local hospital, or regional healthcare system build thriving patient and family-centered care programs. Together we can do so much.
Some of our recent work includes:
Developing and facilitating interactive trainings with staff and leadership to support understanding of foundational Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging concepts and the connection to staff retention and patient satisfaction
Collaborating with healthcare organizations in setting up internal systems to implement Patient and Family-Centered Care
Providing education to staff and leadership on how to encourage people with lived experience to participate on:
o Multi-disciplinary advisory councils
o Policy and quality improvement initiatives
o Material and content review
o Capital improvement projects.
Supporting the inclusion of patients and family members with lived experience in the development of a Transgender Youth Program at a health care organization
Engaging youth who are from the immigrant and refugee community in sharing their stories of wellness and health through a PhotoNarrative framework
Holding listening sessions for young people who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to share their experiences accessing healthcare.
